Your documents are never used to train AI models. With Zero Data Retention enabled, your data is processed transiently and remains under your control.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
Novek provides cloud-based document intelligence for understanding, extraction, compliance checks, and AI-assisted workflows.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, including documents, data, and inputs. Novek does not claim ownership of your materials or the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process your content through the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. You must not upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
We process your uploaded documents and queries solely to provide our AI-powered services. Novek does not use your data to train any models.
We use OpenRouter as a secure routing layer to access AI models. Novek is configured to use Zero Data Retention (ZDR) endpoints for AI processing. In this mode, providers are instructed not to store prompts or outputs or use them for training. Data is processed transiently to return a response.

You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is subject to these Terms and any applicable contract.
Novek is an AI-based system. You acknowledge and agree that:
Novek uses AI to assist with document understanding, extraction, and analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any outputs before relying on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novek is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content. Limitations of liability are set out in your agreement with Novek.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are involved in abuse or misuse of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novek’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall Novek be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Enterprise or custom agreements may specify different liability terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novek and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights. Enterprise agreements may specify different indemnification terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Novek operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless an enterprise or custom agreement specifies otherwise.
If you have entered into a separate enterprise, master, or data processing agreement with Novek, the terms of that agreement govern to the extent they conflict with these website Terms. Procurement and enterprise customers should rely on their executed agreements for liability, indemnity, data processing, and other commercial terms.
We may modify these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the application.
