These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Novek platform, website, applications and related services.
The services are provided by Novek Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 99 701 690 682), trading as Novek (“Novek”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using Novek, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Novek on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Novek provides software for engineering document intelligence, including document ingestion, extraction of engineering information, structured data generation, source-linked review, human validation, engineering analysis and downstream workflow execution.
The specific features available to you may depend on your plan, deployment configuration, integrations and services agreed with Novek.
Novek is an engineering document intelligence platform designed for EPC firms, owner-operators, and engineering consultants. The platform processes technical documents—including Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), equipment datasheets, piping specifications, vendor documents, and technical records—to extract engineering objects, attributes, connections, and structured deliverables with source-linked visual overlays.
You retain full and exclusive ownership of all documents, technical drawings, specifications, data, and work product you upload to or generate through the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, multi-factor authentication methods, and all activity performed under your tenant account.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process any technical documentation or project records submitted to Novek. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer the platform, or circumvent any platform access controls.
We process your uploaded engineering documents and instructions solely to provide, operate, maintain, and deliver the Novek services to you.
Zero Public Model Training Guarantee:
We do not use your proprietary engineering documents, technical drawings, extracted tag records, or project deliverables to train foundation models or public machine learning models. Processing is conducted via secure, private enterprise endpoints with strict tenant isolation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in unauthorized access, security interference, or misuse of the platform. You may terminate your subscription or account in accordance with your applicable commercial agreement.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product evolutions or legal compliance obligations. Material updates will be communicated via in-app notice or registered email.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any legal proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
